我曾致力于改革传统中医行业。在多年前自己的健康因素的影响下，我深受中医传统治疗方法的影响，因此我与他人共同推出了电子中医线上平台 ETCM。通过这个平台，我们成功吸引了超过 1000 名大马中医师和中药店入驻我们的平台，改变了中医行业的商业模式，并将其在全马范围内推广。（目前离场）
此外，在新冠疫情期间，我意识到马来西亚理发师无法工作所面临的困境。为了支持该行业并将顾客与理发师联系起来，我也与他人开发了一款名为 Meira 的创新在线预约到家平台。Meira 为顾客提供了便捷的预约解决方案，并极大地改善了马来西亚的理发业务。（目前离场）
我还热衷于在线教育，并致力于通过在线教育帮助人们提高技能和知识。我曾在一些大学和学院担任演讲嘉宾，为学生提供行业经验和最新信息。此外，我还参加了一些商业组织或课程分享会，分享商业知识和经验。

I am Dr. Lim Khee Guan, DBA / Dr. KG Lim, a serial entrepreneur. Currently, I am the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of O2O eCommerce Sdn. Bhd. I am also actively involved in Malaysia’s Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) platforms and serve as a retail investor for several startups. I am passionate about digital innovation and business development, committed to creating impactful solutions and online education in the digital market.
Together with my partners, I co-founded O2O eCommerce, a leading digital agency in Malaysia that specializes in providing comprehensive e-commerce and digital transformation solutions for businesses. Our mission is to help businesses thrive in the digital age by harnessing the immense potential of online commerce, facilitating a seamless transition for SMEs into the digital era.
With over 20 years of experience in website development and e-commerce, I have successfully provided consultancy and services to over 2,000 startups and businesses from 10 different countries. My expertise lies in creating effective online strategies and system integrations, applying cutting-edge technology to drive business growth.
My achievements have been recognized with numerous industry awards and honors. In 2021, I received the “Mighty Leadership Award” and “Best Intelligent Figures” awards. Additionally, our company was ranked among the top 14 best website design companies in Penang and one of the top 17 website development companies in Malaysia. In 2022, we received the Consumer’s Choice Awards, and I was honored with the Influential Educator Award and Small and Medium Enterprise & Entrepreneurship Business Awards (SEBA 2022). Furthermore, Silicon Valley APAC CIO Outlook magazine recognized our company as one of the top 10 e-commerce consulting/service companies in Southeast Asia. In 2023, I was nominated as one of the top 50 entrepreneurs in Malaysia on the country’s largest Chinese crowdfunding platform, MyStartr, and Astro’s first Chinese crowdfunding reality show, “The Sandbox” I also received the Oxford Excellence Award, also known as Oxford Certified Elites (OCE).
I have been dedicated to reforming the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry. Influenced by traditional TCM treatment methods due to my own health factors many years ago, I, along with others, launched the ETCM online platform for TCM. Through this platform, we successfully onboarded over 1,000 Malaysian TCM practitioners and Chinese medicine shops, transforming the business model of the TCM industry and promoting it nationwide (currently inactive).
Furthermore, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I realized the challenges faced by Malaysian hairstylists who were unable to work. To support the industry and connect customers with hairstylists, I co-developed an innovative online appointment-to-home platform called Meira. Meira provides convenient appointment solutions for customers and significantly improves the hairstyling business in Malaysia (currently inactive).
I am also passionate about online education and committed to helping people enhance their skills and knowledge through online learning. I have served as a guest speaker at several universities and colleges, providing students with industry experience and the latest insights. Additionally, I have participated in business organizations and course-sharing sessions, sharing my business knowledge and experience.
